King-Rhodes and Associates is one of the largest and most successful real estate agencies in the Arkansas Ozarks, with a reputation for exceptional service, quality and integrity. Founded by Kenneth King in 1963, the agency grew with the exploding development in the area, especially the planned community of Cherokee Village, nestled around several beautiful lakes in a quiet pastoral setting.

Current owner, Ron Rhodes, joined the expanding agency in 1981 after a career in business development for the new Cherokee Village, a Cooper Communities, Inc. development. With the addition of Rhodes, a Cherokee Village resident, the agency, already well known for their expertise in farms, ranches, commercial property and residential sales in Sharp and Fulton Counties, saw substantial growth over the next few years.

Now selling homes of all sizes, beautifully wooded lots, and commercial property to clients worldwide, King-Rhodes and Associates has continued to grow and has added rental management to its portfolio of offerings. This includes nightly vacation rentals, long term residential leases, shopping centers, apartments and Los Indios timeshare complex.
