Info: Debbie bought her first property in Cherokee Village in 2005. Loving the Ozarks and wanting to be near family, she moved here in 2007 from Maui, Hawaii, where she sold real estate and worked in the vacation rental industry for over 6 years.

She moved away to attend the University of Missouri and University of Memphis and worked for the State of Tennessee and in the medical field as a research assistant, then moved to Houston, TX to work as a computer programmer and systems designer and installer. Info: Jerry was born and raised in Jackson County, Arkansas. Jerry served in the Air Force from 1966 to 1969. In 1970, Jerry served as an Arkansas State Trooper for 4 years, including 2 years in Sharp County. Jerry then served in the United States Army, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer after 20 years. Jerry then spent a short time in Washington DC working for the State Department of Security. He then started his own construction company, building homes.
