A long time employee of King-Rhodes, as Executive Broker and COO Melissa is responsible for overseeing the daily brokerage activities of the agency, insuring agency compliance with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission Regulations, and enhancing the sales capabilities of the agents and staff. A graduate of McGehee High School, Smith has been a licensed agent for 20 years.
