As an Arkansas-licensed Realtor since 2011, Randy is focused on serving buyers and sellers of homes, land, farms, and commercial property throughout Sharp, Fulton and Izard counties.
Randy lived in Cherokee Village from 2005 to 2011 before relocating to Morrilton, AR where he worked as a Realtor and also as a heating and cooling service manager. Randy has over 48 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry including for Freyaldenhoven's Heating & Cooling in Conway and Petit Jean Properties Inc. in Morrilton.
Randy has transferred his license from the ERA Team in Conway and is glad to be back in Cherokee Village where he is looking forward to serving all of your real estate needs.

Randy is a Member of the National Association of Realtors®, Arkansas Realtors® Association, Conway and Perry Counties Realtors® Association, has served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Morrilton (3 years), Member of the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce and Perry County Chamber of Commerce, was a 2-term President of the Conway Noon Optimist, 1-term Arkansas zone 4 Lt. Governor of the Optimist Club, 2018 President of the Conway and Perry Counties Realtors Association. Randy is originally from Mississippi where he is a member of the Masonic Lodge, York Rite and Shrine.
